Villages of Life’s vision is to provide the infrastructure for the in-country organisation to fulfill their vision. From project design through construction and into project running we endeavour to empower Youth for Christ Burundi to impact not only the local economy of Burundi but to raise the next generation of Leaders to take Burundi into a brighter future.
Villages of Life is a Non-Government Organisation dedicated to providing the essentials of life where they are most needed.
We aim to provide housing, education from primary through to secondary and flowing into trades training facilities, coupled together with sustainability farming projects for food production to be used with in the Homes of Hope village and the Future Hope School.
Where ever possible generating much needed employment for the people of Burundi.
Through tax-deductible donations from corporate Australia, schools, churches, families and multiple fund raisers, our vision is to build sustainable villages, provide shelter and accommodation for widows and orphans living in a structured family environment, where once there was none and education into the greater community.
Each project would consist of Orphan homes, Primary school, Secondary school and Trades Training centres for carpentry, metalwork and sewing together with Sustainability income generating Farming.
All building materials and labour will be sourced locally in an effort to boost the local economy and create much needed employment.
